Just finished reading the Leadership Baton by Forman, Jones and Miller. A good read. Here are some thought provoking questions:
Am I really passing on anything worthwhile?
What would others say about my ability to inspire and influence leaders?
Do leaders that I serve have a clear path to grow?
Am I following anyone or just leading my own dis-connected tribe?
